NYCBG completed the gut renovation of a 3-bedroom Gramercy apartment, requiring the complete demolition of all interior walls, electrical and plumbing lines, ceilings and floors down to the subfloor. Afterwards we rebuilt the interior according to the new design. New electrical and plumbing lines had to be run to new locations. The bathroom finishes included the installation of high-quality ceramic tiles. New solid hardwood floors were installed throughout the apartment. All custom millwork, including vanities, built-in side tables, kitchen cabinetry, bookshelves, etc, was fabricated and installed by NYCBG's in-house millwork shop.
